The Culver City Democratic Club’s May program was a panel on how the city can meet the goals of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment, which calls for adding over 3300 units, the majority of them affordable, over the next eight years. Speakers included Mark Lipman (Vice Chair Culver City Committee on Homelessness), Elias Platte-Bermeo (Culver City for More Homes), and Meghan Sahli-Wells (Former Culver City Mayor), introduced by CCDC President Jeff Schwartz.
