New Endorsements Raise the Candidate’s Total to 21 Organizations, and 14 Current and Former Elected Officials
Nancy Barba continued adding to her campaign’s growing number of endorsements in the race for Culver City Council, gaining the support of seven more organizations. Dolores Huerta Action Fund (DHAF), Her Bold Move, Center for Biological Diversity Action Fund, Urban Environmentalists LA, HONOR PAC, Evolve California, and Stonewall Young Democrats all announced they are backing the candidate.
The endorsements came with enthusiastic statements of support from the organizations, which represent a broad range of social, civic, political, labor, LGBTQ+, and environmental issues.

Nancy Barba previously received endorsements from Western States Regional Council of Carpenters, Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters, Friends of the Earth Action, California Democratic Renters Council, SEIU-UHW United Healthcare Workers West, Abundant Housing LA, Streets for All, Working Families Party, Sierra Club, and Culver City Democratic Club.
Elected leaders supporting Barba include Culver City Mayor Yasmine-Imani McMorrin, Culver City Council Member Freddy Puza, Culver City School Board Vice President Triston Ezidore, former Culver City Mayor and National Sierra Club Board Director Meghan Sahli-Wells, former Culver City Mayor Gary Silbiger, and former Culver City Mayor David Hauptman.
